Anti Social Behaviour - Chamberlain Close Ilford

On FRIDAY 02/01/2026 PCSO 7002EA ALEEM-PCSO 7069EA BUGG completed bike patrol of Chamberlain Close Ilford as complaints from residents and the local community of males entering Chamberlain Close causing ASB-Playing loud music- sleeping in the bin sheds overnight and congregating in car park one. The Clementswood SNT stopped one male sleeping in the car park who explained he is homeless waiting for the welcome centre on Green Lane ILFOR to open so he can get help. Police officers were called to speak to the male and complete a name check. As a result the males lives in Harrow. The male was escorted out of Chamberlain Close asked not to enter Chamberlain Close which is private property. The local Redbridge highway cleaning department were called to clean the area up taking away the mattresses and duvets left behind by the homeless males. Three residents approached PCSO's to explain that seven males have tailgates through the gates to gain entrance and let others in to the car park.  The local Safer Neighbourhood Team (Clementswood SNT)
